A school can send a team that consists of either MBA students or undergraduate students. Ph.D. students are also allowed.
There are 4 students per team, plus an optional faculty advisor.
Currently we are limiting registration to one team per school. Due to logistical constraints, the maximum number of teams is 25.
University faculty, staff or club head can fill out the online registration form to reserve a spot for a team from their institution. Shortly afterwards he/she will receive a confirmation e-mail. The registration deadline is May 20th, 2012.
Travel and accommodation costs for 2012 RETC, including meals (Thursday Dinner, Friday Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, Saturday Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) will be fully covered by LUISS.
Travel tickets will be bought by LUISS and sent to the University faculty, staff or club head by email.

RETC is a professional business competition, so we expect teams to dress appropriately. The exception is for the two outcry events where competitors often find it easier to find each other in the pit if they wear distinguishing clothing (such as noticeable hats, jerseys, or trading jackets). The dress code for the Gala Dinner is smart casual to formal.
All accommodation arrangements will be made and funded by LUISS. You will be accommodated in an hotel/residence in the area immediately surrounding the LUISS campus (please see the map). The name of the hotel/residence will be communicated to you by email.
