RETC 2027

Registration

Competition Dates: Thursday July 29 – Saturday July 31, 2027
Hosting Dates: Monday July 26 – Monday August 2, 2027
Location: LUISS University, Rome (Italy)
Limit: up to 42 teams (one per university) – first-come, first-served.
Deadline: June 30, 2027 (or once 42 teams have registered).


Step 1 – Team Registration Form

The Team Leader submits the Team Registration Form on behalf of the entire team.

After submission, your university will appear on the Teams Page. There are no special duties at this stage. Please preview the PDF and complete the online form.

Step 2 – Team Member Profile

The Team Leader submits the Team Member Profile Form on behalf of the entire team.

Profiles will be included in the Participant Profiles booklet shared with sponsors. Please preview the PDF and complete the online form.

Step 3 – CVs

The Team Leader collects all team members’ CVs (pdf, English) and send them to retc@luiss.it.

CVs will be included in the Participant CVs booklet shared with sponsors.


Step 4 – Team Slide

The Team Leader prepares the team slide and sends it to retc@luiss.it.

Slides will be posted on the Teams Page and shown at the opening session.


Step 5 – Waiver (Rules & Code of Conduct)

The Team Leader signs the waiver on behalf of the entire team.

Step 6 – Competition Fee

The participation fee is EUR 500 per team. A secure online payment option (cards/PayPal/wire transfer) will be provided to registered teams; universities may request an invoice.
